Free Eric Volz!!
You may or may have not heard, but a Nashville man was just sentenced to 30 years in a Nicaraguan prison for a crime he did not commit. I haven't been following this case closely until just recently, and I cannot believe the injustice that is happening.

I can't even imagine what it must be like for the family, let alone Eric himself. It's an awful, awful situation and he needs everyone to band together for a chance of freedom again.

from what i've heard, eric's a good dude. he's a climber and knows a lot of the folks that i interact with.
definitely something to get behind.

I know Eric's Dad from a Tour that I worked on. He's a kind, simple man. It's heart wrenching to watch him walk through this. I just keep envisioning my dad having to do the same thing and it's breaking my heart. There's no way Eric could have committed the crime seeing as he was two hours away from the crime when it happened. This is a mafia style case.
