A Little Bit Older, A Little Bit Wiser
Another year come and gone. And now I'm 28. The lucky number came and went. Here's to lookin' at how lucky it was:
- I followed my long time dream and moved from the hills of Tennessee to the
glamour and glitzmadness of Hollywood - I had a month of no work/all play, drank tons, and partied, in which;
- I found my Prince Charming...or should I say he found me (on October 27th, by the way, which happened to be the 27th day I was living out here)
- I got my "dream job" working for the company that I'd always wanted to work for
- I've been to some of the best restaurants, bars and beaches that I've ever been to
- I've met some new, amazing people from all different backgrounds and cultures
- I had a date with Shamu in San Diego this year for my birthday weekend to celebrate the last of my 27th year*
Now, for a young lass like myself, it was a year of a lifetime of accomplishments. It was also one hell of a ride, quite frankly, but I'm a tough cookie, and I'm gonna keep on truckin'.
*Stay tuned for details on Sea World, Miami Grille, World Trade Center, and Figaro Cafe'; all part of the birthday extravaganza.
